Joanna Torres was born and raised in Virginia and recently relocated to Maryland, where she is excited to continue caring for children and supporting families in her new community. She brings over two years of experience in the medical field as a Medical Assistant, with a background in both pediatric and pediatric orthopedic care, as well as experience as a Medical Receptionist. Joanna is CPR, BLS, and AED certified and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She strives to create a welcoming environment where every child and family feels comfortable, heard and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. 

Outside of work, Joanna enjoys spending time outdoors, especially during the summer at the pool or beach, and loves exploring new places. She is also a dog lover and enjoys spending time with her husband, often serving as his personal photographer and videographer while cheering him on at his soccer games.
